There are two types of group exercise aerobics and these are Freestyle aerobics as well as the Pre-choreographed aerobics. Freestyle aerobics incorporate a style of aerobic exercises that are linked closely to choreography as well as dance and are mainly practiced to enhance a person’s flexibility with most of the participants of this form of aerobic exercising being young female children as well as women aged 35 or above.
